At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe weather conditions.
- Payment
Full payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, cards, checks, and approved electronic payments.

It depends on the service and the condition of the vehicle. A Maintenance Detail starts around 1 hr 45 mins, a Mini Detail around 2 hrs 15 mins, Express around 3 hrs 45 mins, and a Full Detail or Interior Detail around 4 hrs 30 mins. Ceramic coating starts around 5 hrs 30 mins.
Yes. Excessive pet hair is an $80 upcharge on Full, Interior and Express details, and excessive stains may also carry an upcharge. Heavy stains, excessive pet hair and deep shampoo/extraction are extra on the Mini Detail.
Yes. Boat detailing is priced per linear foot ($20 to $30 per foot depending on size and condition), and we also detail fleet, commercial trucks, sleeper cabs and trailers — contact us for a quote.
Yes — Castillo’s Detailing is an International Detailing Association (IDA) member and certified detailer, and a GYEON Certified Detailer for ceramic coating.
